又搞新動(dòng)作！印度再禁中國(guó)118款A(yù)PP，《絕地求生》手游、百度均在內(nèi)……

近日，印度再出新動(dòng)作，打壓中企。

據(jù)印度國(guó)防新聞網(wǎng)（Indian Defence News）消息，印度政府宣布禁止118款中國(guó)應(yīng)用（App）。

印度電子和信息技術(shù)部（MEIT）9月2日發(fā)布公告聲稱，118款手機(jī)應(yīng)用程序已根據(jù)《信息技術(shù)法》被禁止，理由是“從事?lián)p害印度主權(quán)完整、國(guó)防、國(guó)家安全和公共秩序的活動(dòng)”。

MEIT還聲稱，他們收到投訴，稱這些應(yīng)用“以未經(jīng)授權(quán)的方式竊取和秘密傳輸用戶數(shù)據(jù)到印度境外的服務(wù)器上”。對(duì)這些數(shù)據(jù)的分析“危害印度國(guó)家安全”，需要采取緊急措施。

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology has received many complaints…for stealing and surreptitiously transmitting users data in an unauthorized manner to servers which have locations outside India. The compilation of these data, …, which ultimately impinges upon the sovereignty and integrity of India, is a matter of very deep and immediate concern which requires emergency measures.

據(jù)悉，此次被禁止的手機(jī)應(yīng)用包括《絕地求生》手游（PUBG MOBILE LITE）、企業(yè)微信（WeChat Work）、微信讀書(shū)（WeChat reading）、名片識(shí)別軟件“名片全能王”（CamCard）、百度（Baidu）、照片編輯軟件“Cut Cut”、視訊應(yīng)用“VooV”等。

部分被禁手機(jī)應(yīng)用名單

近來(lái)，印度政府多次出招打壓中國(guó)企業(yè)，頻頻違背市場(chǎng)規(guī)則，接連出臺(tái)限制中國(guó)企業(yè)一系列歧視性、不合理政策的做法。

6月29日，印度政府封禁包括微信在內(nèi)的59款中國(guó)背景手機(jī)應(yīng)用，嚴(yán)重?fù)p害中國(guó)企業(yè)合法權(quán)益。

對(duì)此，外交部發(fā)言人趙立堅(jiān)曾強(qiáng)調(diào)，印度政府有責(zé)任根據(jù)市場(chǎng)原則，維護(hù)包括中國(guó)企業(yè)在內(nèi)的國(guó)際投資者的合法權(quán)益。中印兩國(guó)在務(wù)實(shí)領(lǐng)域的合作，是互利共贏的，這種合作格局受到人為損害，實(shí)際上并不符合印方自己的利益。

The Indian government has the responsibility to protect the legitimate rights and interests of international investors in India, including Chinese businesses, in accordance with market principles. Practical cooperation between China and India is mutually beneficial. Deliberate interference in such cooperation will not serve the interests of the Indian side.

中國(guó)駐印度使館發(fā)言人嵇蓉參贊也曾表示，印方措施選擇性地特定針對(duì)部分中國(guó)應(yīng)用程序，歧視性地采取限制，理由模糊牽強(qiáng)，程序有違公正公開(kāi)，濫用國(guó)家安全例外，涉嫌違反世貿(mào)組織相關(guān)規(guī)則。

嵇蓉說(shuō)，我們希望印方認(rèn)識(shí)到中印經(jīng)貿(mào)合作互利共贏的本質(zhì)，同時(shí)敦促印方改變相關(guān)歧視性做法，從雙方根本利益和中印關(guān)系大局出發(fā)，維護(hù)中印經(jīng)貿(mào)合作勢(shì)頭，對(duì)各國(guó)來(lái)印投資企業(yè)和服務(wù)提供者一視同仁，營(yíng)造一個(gè)開(kāi)放、公平、公正的營(yíng)商環(huán)境。
