為維護(hù)城市市容環(huán)境秩序，滿足市民日常生活需要，根據(jù)中共中央辦公廳和國務(wù)院辦公廳《提振消費(fèi)專項(xiàng)行動(dòng)方案》和浙江省政府辦公廳《大力提振和擴(kuò)大消費(fèi)專項(xiàng)行動(dòng)實(shí)施方案》要求，結(jié)合我市實(shí)際，劃定流動(dòng)攤點(diǎn)臨時(shí)疏導(dǎo)點(diǎn)，現(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項(xiàng)公告如下： 堅(jiān)持以民為本，控制總量，合理布點(diǎn)，規(guī)范管理，促進(jìn)城市市容環(huán)境衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量整體提升。 （一）保持市容秩序整齊。臨時(shí)疏導(dǎo)點(diǎn)攤位為公共攤位，每日在規(guī)定擺放時(shí)間內(nèi)先到先得，非規(guī)定經(jīng)營時(shí)間不得擺放經(jīng)營工具，不得在攤點(diǎn)上設(shè)置物品長期霸占。不得損壞綠化設(shè)施，不得在電線、線桿等市政設(shè)施上懸掛物件等。不亂堆亂放、不私拉電線、不亂停放車輛、不亂搭亂建，不采用外放音箱招攬顧客。 （二）保持衛(wèi)生環(huán)境整潔。在經(jīng)營范圍內(nèi)自行做好衛(wèi)生保潔工作，嚴(yán)禁在經(jīng)營場所清洗碗筷，采取有效措施防止污水、油污污染地面。配備規(guī)范的垃圾容器，勸導(dǎo)消費(fèi)者不亂扔垃圾，收攤后自覺清掃攤位周邊衛(wèi)生，做到攤走地凈。產(chǎn)生油煙污染的攤位須自行配備油煙凈化裝置，防止油煙污染。 （三）確保安全生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營。不得占用盲道，不得堵塞交通，不得影響消防安全。嚴(yán)格按照規(guī)范使用瓶裝液化氣，安裝符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的調(diào)壓閥、波紋管和燃?xì)鈭?bào)警器。依法文明經(jīng)營，生產(chǎn)、加工、銷售等要符合食品安全相關(guān)規(guī)定。 （四）自覺服從監(jiān)督管理。嚴(yán)格按照規(guī)定的時(shí)間、區(qū)域經(jīng)營，不擅自改變經(jīng)營類別，自覺接受群眾監(jiān)督，積極配合各相關(guān)職能部門的日常監(jiān)督檢查工作。如因交通管理及重大活動(dòng)等需暫時(shí)停止出攤的，各經(jīng)營攤主應(yīng)無條件予以配合。如因城市建設(shè)、攤主不規(guī)范經(jīng)營、疏導(dǎo)點(diǎn)不符合安全要求等原因需撤除臨時(shí)疏導(dǎo)點(diǎn)的，各經(jīng)營攤主應(yīng)無條件予以配合。對未按規(guī)定經(jīng)營者或不服從管理者，一律予以取締，情節(jié)嚴(yán)重的將依據(jù)相關(guān)法律法規(guī)進(jìn)行處罰。 （五）攤位設(shè)施要求。經(jīng)營工具、車輛長不得超2.5米，寬不得超1.2米；流動(dòng)攤販最多只能擺設(shè)2張面積小于3平方米的桌子，不得超出規(guī)定面積占道擺放桌椅、板凳、擅自擴(kuò)大經(jīng)營面積。 設(shè)置點(diǎn)位及經(jīng)營種類以下流動(dòng)攤點(diǎn)臨時(shí)疏導(dǎo)點(diǎn)具體范圍以各點(diǎn)位公示圖為準(zhǔn)，臨時(shí)疏導(dǎo)點(diǎn)有效時(shí)間為一年（2025年7月1日-2026年6月30日），期間若有調(diào)整以最新公告為準(zhǔn)。 流動(dòng)攤點(diǎn)臨時(shí)疏導(dǎo)點(diǎn) 注：綜合類（以無油煙小吃、飲品、果蔬、土特產(chǎn)等為主uter,label:edit by 135editor,data-pm-slice:0 0 []},namespaceURI:http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml},para,{tagName:section,attributes:{data-role uter,label:edit by 135editor,data-pm-slice:0 0 []},namespaceURI:http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml},para,{tagName:section,attributes:{data-roleuter,label:edit by 135editor},namespaceURI:http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml},para,{tagName:section,attributes:{style:margin-bottom: unset;},namespaceURI:http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml},para,{tagName:section,attributes:{data-role:paragraph,style:letter-spacing: 0.578px;},namespaceURI:http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml},para,{tagName:section,attributes:{style:margin-bottom: 24px;},namespaceURI:http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml},para,{tagName:section,attributes:{data-roleuter,label:edit by 135editor,data-pm-slice:0 0 []},namespaceURI:http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml},para,{tagName:p,attributes:{style:text-indent: 0em;margin-top: 0px;display: block;},namespaceURI:http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml},node,{tagName:span,attributes:{style:font-size: 14px;color: rgb(127, 127, 127);},namespaceURI:http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml}]">）。
